1. According to the packing list, check whether the accessories and vulnerable parts are complete. At the same time, place the punch press in a dry place for three to four days to remove moisture from the motor and electrical equipment. If necessary, use instruments to measure and check whether the electrical insulation is good and reliable.

2. According to the foundation diagram, pour the foundation. After the foundation solidifies, place the press firmly on top and check the levelness of the press worktable with a spirit level. The deviation should not exceed 0.3 millimeters for every 1000 millimeters of length.

3. After leveling the tilting punch press, install the anchor bolts and pour concrete into the square hole. Only after the concrete has completely solidified can it be started.

4. After installation, clean the rust proof grease on the surface of the press with kerosene. During cleaning, be careful not to damage the paint surface. At the same time, clean all oil holes, oil circuits, and oil cups. Do not use metal objects or sandpaper during cleaning. Then check if the grounding wire is properly connected.
